We help with Disconnect/ Shut Off for Utility bills.

Qualifications:

1. Be a resident of Rogers, Avoca, or Lowell- Arkansas.

2. Must have a printed copy of your Disconnect/Shut Off Utility Bill.

3. Must have a Photo I.D. of the name on the bill, plus, your I.D. (if the bill is not in your name).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept anything handwritten or any electronic documents. We will call Utility Companies to verify your current bill status. We only assist ONCE every 12 months. We reserve the right to refuse assistance when deemed necessary. ALL financial assistance will be mailed to the payee.
